Job Title: Lead Python Software Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Python software development to contribute to our Risk & Finance Technology solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your technical expertise, collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality software applications that drive business value.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Python programming language and experience with various frameworks including Flask and Django.

You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to design, develop, test and deploy scalable, secure and maintainable software solutions.

  • Extensive knowledge of Python programming language
  • Strong relational database / SQL skills
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience working in Agile development environments
  • Linux/UNIX operating system experience
  • Expertise in building RESTful web APIs using Python frameworks

About the Role: As a lead Python software engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, testing and deployment of software solutions.

Key responsibilities include architecting software systems, mentoring junior engineers, ensuring timely delivery of projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
