Job Description
Hunter Savage is a leading food company seeking a highly motivated Marketing Director - Food Industry to drive business growth through effective brand management. This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy, lead the marketing function, and strengthen market positioning.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive business growth through effective brand management* Lead the marketing team, managing a Marketing Executive and external agencies* Oversee brand campaigns, product launches, and digital marketing initiatives to enhance market presence* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels* Monitor performance metrics and optimise strategies based on insights* Manage marketing budgets to ensure strong return on investment (ROI)

Requirements
* Proven experience in brand management, ideally within FMCG or the food industry* Strong understanding of consumer trends, digital marketing, and brand positioning* Experience managing teams and working with external agencies* A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to drive results* Excellent communication and project management skills
