Job Title: Clinical Specialist - Gynae Devices

Job Description

The role of a Clinical Specialist is to provide technical advice and training on the safe and effective use of medical devices in gynaecology and urology.

As a Clinical Specialist, you will work with key opinion leaders and large hospital groups across the territory to promote our range of gynae devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customers with technical advice and appropriate training on the use of our products and surgical techniques.
  • Engage with existing and new healthcare professionals to develop robust sales opportunity pipelines and advise on appropriate sales leads.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer activity on our CRM system, including information on customer usage, purchasing protocols, and relevant competitor activity.
  • Support the development of product and procedure knowledge with the sales team through teaching in theatre settings, classrooms, or involvement in our induction training programme.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years' experience working in hospital-based physiotherapy.
  • Specific experience in female healthcare, such as pelvic physiotherapy, actively sought.
  • Full clean driving license.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at an advanced level.
  • Ability to create a positive impact and convey confidence and credibility in a clinical environment.
  • Driven by a desire to succeed and a strong work ethos.
