Drive Property Sales Success

As a Senior Property Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and business development for a leading property sales organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for designing and delivering sales strategies to attract interest and generate leads. You will create property adverts and promotional materials, provide guidance to interested parties, negotiate pricing, undertake market and competitor analysis, utilize social and digital media tools, and support the leadership team with their strategic sales duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3rd level degree qualified in Business Studies, Marketing or a related discipline preferably
- 4+ years' relevant sales experience in the property/real estate sector
- Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications and understanding of marketing principles
- Excellent attention to detail, inter-personal and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work on your own initiative and deliver on sales targets and KPI's
- Full and clean driving license

This role is based in the client's Limerick city office but requires occasional work outside of typical 9-5 office hours. Candidates holding restricted visas/work permits will not be considered.
