Freelance Swim Coach

A skilled swim instructor is required to provide private and group lessons in clients' homes and community pools. Key qualifications include a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create personalized lesson plans.

• Teach swim lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels
• Schedule lessons with flexibility to meet clients' needs
• Travel safely to and from client pool locations
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style
• Assess student progress and adapt lessons as needed
• Ensure student safety at all times

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation
• Swim instruction equipment if needed
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans
• Clear a background check

Earn $40-$60 per hour lesson.
