This is a high-level Enterprise Architect position in a Hybrid role. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and technical environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Providing strategic consulting services to clients, understanding their needs and crafting tailored solutions.
  • Proactive Solution Development: Identifying opportunities to address client needs through innovative and tailored solutions.
  • Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Eliciting and documenting detailed business and technical requirements from clients, translating them into actionable specifications for solution development.
  • Tender Response & Proposal Development: Leading the technical aspects of tender responses and proposals, showcasing expertise and value proposition.
  • Collaboration & Business Development: Working closely with Sales and Business Development teams to identify and qualify new business opportunities.

As an Enterprise Architect, you will have extensive experience (up to 8 years) as a Solutions Architect or Enterprise Architect, preferably in a Managed Services Provider environment. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
