We are seeking a motivated and experienced System Test Engineer to provide support to our Automotive team located at ADI's Limerick site. As a member of our Wireless Battery Management System team, you will be responsible for driving the systems validation effort of our key programs, working closely with system architects and designers to understand requirements, specifications, and implementations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute suitable validation plans to ensure the highest level of product quality.
  • Create a long-term validation roadmap to continuously improve productivity.
  • Craft innovative test cases to cover corner scenarios where potential issues could arise above and beyond specifications.
  • Collaborate with hardware and software teams to automate test cases and achieve best coverage and efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electronic or Computer Engineering; Master's degree preferred. Our growing team is looking for candidates from graduates to experienced engineers who share our passion for innovation and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Systems Engineering and/or formal testing of complex (ideally automotive) systems.
  • Software development or Software test experience compliant to an ASPICE model.
  • Experience with AUTOSAR-based developments advantageous.
  • C/C++ (embedded) and Python or other programming/scripting languages.
  • Excellent hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Software Compiler/debug tools, such as IAR/Keil/Segger.
  • Knowledge in analog and mixed-signal board design and layout.
  • Comfortable with Spectrum/logic analyzers and oscilloscopes and other hardware debug tools.
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.
  • Clear communicator with excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Motivated, proactive, fast learner, and hands-on.
