About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team based in Cork. This exciting opportunity allows you to become part of a reputable Recycling Specialist team.
You will be an integral part of a wider health and safety team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the setup of training sessions and preparing necessary paperwork.
- Assisting with Health and Safety Inductions for new employees and contractors working on site.
- Effectively communicating HSE requirements to staff through meetings, feedback forums, toolbox talks, and learn from events; Maintaining safety documentation and paperwork.
- Working under the guidance of Senior Health & Safety Staff and the Management team to ensure seamless operation.
- Conducting risk assessments and hazard identification.
- Ensuring a strong safety culture on site.
To succeed in this position, you will ideally possess:
- Relevant Qualification.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience is preferred but not essential.
