Therapy Services Manager

The Senior Speech and Language Therapist will work as a key member of an interdisciplinary team providing services to children from 0-18 years and their families who are accessing the Children's Disability Network Team.
Responsibilities include provision of speech and language therapy services including assessment, diagnostics, and intervention. The successful candidate will be involved in the FEDs service and contribute to ongoing service delivery to children with complex needs and their families.
Additionally, the Senior Speech and Language Therapist will take a lead role in key areas of service development and report directly to the CDNT manager. Professional clinical supervision will be provided.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Hold a qualification in Speech and Language Therapy approved by the relevant registration board at CORU.
- Practitioners must maintain annual registration on the Speech and Language Therapy Register maintained by the relevant registration board at CORU.
- Have 3 years full-time (or an aggregate of 3 years full-time) post-qualification clinical experience.
This is an opportunity for the right candidate to develop their skills and be a positive influence on shaping services within the Children's Disability Network Team. Continuous Professional Development opportunities will be provided.
OthersSalary and qualifications are in accordance with Department of Health consolidated pay scales. Salary Scale is Senior Speech and Language Therapist €63,279-€74,509 incl LSI per annum (pro-rata).
