Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing mechanical systems in a life science construction project.
  2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems meet the strict requirements of life science facilities.
  3. Ensure high-quality work, maintaining quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications and Experience
  1. Mechanical Engineering degree.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on life science or healthcare construction projects.
  3. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing systems.
  4. Previous Main Contractor experience preferred.
  5. Excellent IT skills.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
  7. Strong client focus.
