Personal Tax Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Personal Tax Director to join our leadership team. This is a career-defining opportunity for a tax professional who wants to make a real impact while enjoying the flexibility of hybrid working.



About the Position

This role offers the chance to lead and grow a portfolio of personal tax assignments, advise on succession, estate planning, and wealth structuring, manage and mentor a high-performing tax team, and work directly with senior leadership on client strategy.

  • Lead a team of tax professionals and provide guidance on complex personal tax matters
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and revenue in personal tax services
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Mentor and develop the skills of junior tax professionals
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • AITI / CTA qualification and at least 8 years of post-qualification experience
  • Strong personal tax expertise and proven leadership ability
  • Commercial mindset and excellent client relationship skills
