Job Title: Dental Hygienist

Our dental practice is seeking an experienced Dental Hygienist to join our team in South Dublin. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and is committed to ongoing professional development.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of dental hygiene procedures and be able to work effectively with patients of all ages. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with our patients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth.
  • Take and process dental radiographs to the prescription of a dentist.
  • Assess patients' oral health and provide appropriate treatment recommendations.
  • Give advice on oral health and implement programmes to promote good oral hygiene.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Registration with The Dental Council.
  • Previous experience working as a Hygienist (advantageous).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and multitask.
