About this Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in Sligo.

The successful candidate will have a recognised third-level qualification in Speech & Language Therapy and at least 2 years' experience in disability services.

• This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide therapy services and educate families and caregivers on communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess, diagnose, and deliver therapy interventions that enhance communication and functional abilities.
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
