The ideal candidate will operate and deliver in a fast-paced environment, reporting directly to the Website Manager/ Head of online.
Key Responsibilities- Complete day-to-day & weekly online tasks to meet necessary standards.
- Analyze performance data to inform changes and improvements.
- Enhance website content and user experience to drive traffic and sales.
- Participate in key E-Commerce projects.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the sports retail sector.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Golf and web design principles.
- Excellent understanding of customer flow and analytics.
- Ability to effectively complete tasks.
- Working knowledge of Klayivo system an advantage.
- Experience using Magico / AB Commerce platform & Retail Integration POS an advantage.
