Our client is seeking a skilled Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join their multidisciplinary consultancy in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing mechanical building services installations on buildings projects.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and project management of a range of high-profile engineering projects, including the coordination of building services with other building activities and installations.
They will work closely with clients and project engineers to define project requirements and develop technical solutions, while ensuring that building services are designed and specified in accordance with current regulations and design standards.
The role offers opportunities for professional and personal development, with regular CPD and ongoing training in the latest design practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement mechanical building services installations on buildings projects
- Coordinate building services with other building activities and installations
- Work directly with clients and project engineers to define project requirements and develop technical solutions
- Ensure that building services are designed and specified in accordance with current regulations and design standards
- Participate in the design and project management of a range of high-profile engineering projects
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-7 years post-graduate experience in mechanical building services design
- Strong technical ability in all aspects of mechanical engineering services and design
- Relevant honors degree
- Desirable but not necessary: Master's qualification
