We are seeking a seasoned Geotechnical Engineering Expert to lead our team in Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge engineering projects, collaborate with senior professionals, and shape the strategic direction of geotechnical services.

Job Description:

This Senior Geotechnical Engineer will oversee the planning, analysis, and design of geotechnical elements for infrastructure and civil engineering projects. They will conduct site investigations, perform geotechnical assessments, produce technical reports, interact with clients and project teams, and ensure high standards of quality and safety across all project stages.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of geotechnical element planning, analysis, and design for infrastructure and civil engineering projects.
  • Site investigation management, geotechnical assessment performance, and technical report creation.
  • Liaison with clients and project teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and requirements.
  • Maintenance of high standards of quality and safety throughout all project phases.
  • Mentorship of junior staff and contribution to the strategic direction of geotechnical services.
  • Collaboration within multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Chartered Engineer status or pursuit thereof.
  • Significant experience in geotechnical design and ground investigation for infrastructure projects.
  • Strong technical skills and familiarity with geotechnical design software.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
