We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Major Projects team in Belfast. As a key member, you will oversee construction projects exceeding £5 million.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with the supply chain and subcontractors to achieve commercially optimal positions.
  • Prepare subcontract orders for approval and manage change control effectively.
  • Conduct on-site measurements and negotiate with relevant parties.
  • Accurately measure and value completed work, ensuring timely interim payments and final accounts.
  • Collaborate with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers to meet project requirements.
  • Provide regular cost and value reconciliations to inform management of project performance.

A highly motivated and hard-working individual with excellent communication skills is required. A clean driving license and strong interpersonal and organisational skills are essential.

About You:
  • Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience as a QS within the Construction Industry.
  • Experience in NEC form of contract and other standard forms of contract.

We require an experienced professional who can deliver results-oriented solutions.
