Job Overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in the maintenance activities of municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants, drinking water treatment plants, and various pumping stations. The ideal candidate will have experience in water pumping systems, engine-driven equipment, and pipework installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day mechanical expertise within a water treatment environment
- Maintenance and system support on all process equipment and pumping systems in the Leinster Area
- Analytical troubleshooting skills to quickly determine the root cause and all necessary repairs
- Ensure all maintenance work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in line with current health and safety legislation
- Accurate and up-to-date maintenance documentation using our mobile CMMS system
Essential Skills:
- Knowledge of water pumping systems and engine-driven equipment
- Experience in S/S and plastic welding is an advantage
- Flexible regarding working hours
- Strong teamwork abilities
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
