Delish Deli Team Member Role

This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with food and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and baking goods while adhering to strict food safety regulations. They will also provide a first-class experience to customers by listening to their needs and advising them on our products and services.

A number of part-time and full-time positions are available, working between 16 to 37.5 hours per week, within Monday to Sunday, 5:00am to 3:00pm. Availability to cover early shifts is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Listen to and understand customers' needs, advising them on our products and services.
  2. Prepare, Cook, and Bake Goods: Work in line with food safety regulations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  3. Maintain Cleanliness and Hygiene: Keep prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen porter and production kitchen duties.
  4. Work as Part of a Team: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure all counters remain fresh and appetizing for our customers.
