We are seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to launch and scale their own startups. Our team comprises experienced serial entrepreneurs who have successfully built and sold companies like Adjust and SumUp.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Building and running your own startup in fields such as Fintech.
  • Embarking on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders.
  • Finding support in hiring through our network and receiving advice and best practices from serial entrepreneurs.
  • Coaching in making your startup 'investible' and ready to raise millions in funding.
  • Iterating your product with us until having reached product-market-fit and receiving support in building up a sales force or creating a marketing empire respectively.

Requirements:

  • Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
  • Willingness to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
  • Excellent communication skills and English language.
