Job Description

  • User Engagement: Respond promptly and strategically to user inquiries, fostering a positive online community.
  • Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and topics in social media, applying this knowledge to enhance our online presence.
  • Crisis Management: Effectively handle crisis situations, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
  • Paid Advertising: Book and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Guideline Development: Create guidelines for social media usage and content creation.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English and German.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in online marketing, specifically in social media.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication skills, team-oriented approach, and ability to work efficiently and independently.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office programs.
