We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Policy Manager to join our Compliance Enablement and Reporting Team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to lead the development and implementation of compliance policies and frameworks. You will work closely with senior colleagues across the organisation to ensure adherence to regulatory obligations and corporate governance best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of the Governance agenda, including policy revisions, key compliance documentation, and regular reporting.
  • Coordinate and update key Compliance documentation, including the Compliance Mandate and Communications Model.
  • Represent the Compliance function at various Steering Committees and governance fora.
  • Participate in Compliance management meetings to ensure the team plan is on track for delivery.
  • Support the Material Risk Assessment Reviews twice yearly for Regulatory Compliance, Culture, and Conduct Risk.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of five years' experience in compliance or regulatory roles within the Financial Services sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of regulation, regulatory strategy, and Central Bank of Ireland and European Regulator rules and guidance procedures.
  • A detailed understanding of current and upcoming regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and people skills.
