Role Overview

This position involves delivering patient-focused care as a skilled member of the In-Patient Ward nursing team.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality, safe, and effective care to patients in pre-operative and post-operative areas.

The role requires collaboration with nursing staff to ensure adequate provision of cover when required and maintaining standards of patient care consistently throughout the Clinic.

Additionally, the person chosen for this role must promote and safeguard the well-being and interests of all patients, employees, and visitors within the clinic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care by assessing patient needs, communicating effectively with relatives and visitors, and setting and monitoring standards.
  • Actively participate in the Clinic's Accreditation programme and implement Continuous Quality Improvement procedures on the Inpatient Ward.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care and maintain professional standards of behavior among nursing team members.
  • Document and record accurately all details of nursing care delivered in the pre and post-operative period.
