Job Description

The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily operations within a fast-paced, GDP/GMP regulated warehouse environment. They will be responsible for leading a team of five managing recruitment, training, performance and continuous improvement.

This role involves overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch of pharmaceutical goods. Identifying opportunities to streamline warehouse processes and improve operational efficiency is key to success in this position.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 35 years experience in a warehouse management role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or regulated industry. Experience in people management with a willingness to support developing teams, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

A proactive and motivated approach, with a view to implement continuous improvement and best practice processes, is necessary for this role. The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and a full clean driving licence, are also required.
