Community Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic professional to join our team as a Community Operations Specialist. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in our online community.

This specialist will be responsible for handling reported issues, enforcing community standards, staying informed about our client's products and community policies, and using their knowledge to find scalable solutions for our user community.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be proficient in Arabic specifically from Iraq with an understanding of regional culture and trends, and have proficiency in English (B2-C2).

This is a full-time, permanent position with a fixed working schedule and no shift rotations. We offer private healthcare, pension contributions, and extensive training opportunities.
