Agile Team Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Team Lead to drive high-performing teams through iterative delivery cycles.

The ideal candidate will possess strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills. They will also have expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).

This role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, collaborative environments focused on continuous improvement and customer value delivery.

  • Sprint Leadership: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to ensure timely, focused, and productive sessions.
  • Team Enablement: Remove impediments and coach team members on agile practices.
  • Stakeholder Management: Bridge communication between product owners, development teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine team processes and implement best practices.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track sprint metrics and burndown charts to drive data-driven improvements.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address project risks and dependencies.
Requirements
  • 3+ years Scrum Master/Agile Lead experience with proven track record of successful sprint delivery.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification.
  • Deep expertise in agile frameworks and tools.
  • Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
  • Experience with software development lifecycle and technical project management.
