Lead Civil Engineer Opportunities

We are seeking a collaborative Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Dublin, Edinburgh or Glasgow. This role involves working across multiple sectors, including residential, education, commercial, development and regeneration.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Lead and mentor project teams, overseeing engineers of varying experience levels.
- Project Leadership: Take charge of multiple projects, ensuring they meet or exceed quality standards and deadlines.
- Development and Training: Assist in the development of junior team members, identifying training needs, equipment requirements, and software licenses.
- Project Profitability: Monitor project profitability, striving to deliver projects within budget and timelines.
- Client Relations: Maintain and enhance our reputation in client-facing roles, contribute to securing repeat business, and identify new opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification, be Chartered or Incorporated with an industry institution, and possess strong relevant experience with a proven track record of delivering projects.
