Senior Quality Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineering Manager to lead our Quality Engineering Team in the development and implementation of quality management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering, leadership, and process improvement, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with external stakeholders.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems, including validation studies and CAPA management.
  • Lead the Quality Engineering Team in daily management, performance reviews, and delegation.
  • Support programs like Six Sigma to enhance processes and product quality.
  • Ensure Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance in Production and Quality Engineering activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or quality assurance.
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role, indicating the need for leadership skills.
  • Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Six Sigma methodologies, with Greenbelt Certification being advantageous.
  • Advanced technical writing skills required.
