About this Role:
Fund Accountants play a vital role in submitting day-to-day back-office tasks for review to fund products supervisors. The work involves collaborating with a highly structured team and control environment, where client engagements often include full-service responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile bank accounts and process disbursements
- Prepare and submit journal entries into cloud-based accounting software
- Prepare assigned workpapers for fund products within the quarterly reporting cycle
- Assist in preparing GAAP financial statements
- Manage multiple ad-hoc investor inquiries
- Communicate with clients and team members
- Foster and protect the GPFS culture
Required Skills:
- Organized and detail-oriented individual
- Results-driven and collaborative team player
- Ethical and trustworthy professional
- Bachelor's degree and ACA or ACCA certification in progress (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and related software products
