Job Title: Dynamics Finance and Supply Chain Specialist

About the Role:
We seek a seasoned finance professional to lead our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless implementation of our solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with extensive experience in managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and advising senior stakeholders on financial strategy and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage requirements gathering processes, defining business and functional requirements, and aligning them with Microsoft Dynamics capabilities
- Lead finance transformation programs, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes
- Work closely with solution architects and developers to design comprehensive solutions that meet user needs and leverage Dynamics 365 capabilities
- Own the functional design of finance components, ensuring alignment with Dynamics 365 functionalities and user expectations

Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in finance, with a focus on ERP systems and financial management
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain, including out-of-the-box functionality and limitations
- Accountancy qualification, with a proven track record in finance and accounting
- Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders, developing financial strategies, and implementing process improvements
