The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Liaising with customers and project managers
• Management of commercial and contractual aspects of relationships
• Measuring, pricing, negotiating, and agreeing budgets and costs
• Checking project costs and raising/resolving queries as necessary

The role also involves:

• Attending pre-contract meetings
• Liaising with construction professionals
• Ensuring timely completion of agreed actions
• Producing and maintaining up-to-date procurement schedules

Requirements:

• Hold Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management
• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Motivated, driven, and works well within a team
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word

About the Role:

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the office and site, carrying out other duties as required. This includes assisting in the guidance and development of junior surveyors.
