We are seeking a dedicated Activity Facilitator to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Activity Facilitator, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a stimulating and varied programme of leisure activities and social events that support the well-being of our residents.

About the Role:
  • Develop and deliver a diverse schedule of indoor and outdoor leisure activities and social events.
  • Encourage resident participation in meaningful activities that promote independence, dignity, and choice.
  • Engage with new residents to understand their preferences, abilities, and needs to create tailored social care plans.

You will work collaboratively with the care team to assess and support residents' individual interests and preferences. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older people and contribute to a supportive, team-based working environment.
