Our Programme

Your Role

In the Loyalty & CRM Department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer loyalty and engagement. You will contribute to the planning, implementation, and delivery of initiatives that enhance the customer relationship and achieve strategic objectives through effective CRM practices.

This involves analysing customer data and insights to define segmentation and targeting strategies, collaborating with other departments such as Marketing, Purchasing, and Store Operations to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
