Health & Safety Administrator
">This role is ideal for a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills who can work effectively in a dynamic environment to maintain compliance standards.
">We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our Health & Safety function across European operations. This role is critical in maintaining compliance standards by developing and maintaining RAMS (Risk Assessments and Methods Statements), managing the RAMS tracker, and supporting Health & Safety Advisors during inspections.
">The successful candidate will have experience in Health & Safety or compliance roles, a strong understanding of RAMS, and excellent organisational and administrative skills. They will also have good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and geographies.
">Key Responsibilities

- Create, review, and update RAMS in line with operational activities and evolving site requirements">
- Maintain the RAMS tracker, ensuring entries are up-to-date, accurate, and reflective of current operational risk assessments">
- Collaborate with Health & Safety Advisors across Europe by providing administrative and compliance support before, during, and after H&S inspections">
- Track and follow up on actions arising from inspections to ensure timely resolution and documentation">
- Ensure all RAMS documents are aligned with company standards and relevant legislative requirements">
- Coordinate H&S training schedules and maintain staff training records (including inductions, refreshers, and practical trainings)">
- Manage the PPE ordering process and inventory control">
- Liaise with operational teams to gather input and verify accuracy of safety documentation">
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to Health, Safety, and compliance systems">
- Assist in preparing documentation and reports for internal and external audits">
- Assist with the Health & Safety initiatives and procedures to ensure it is effective across multiple sites">
- Other duties as assigned in line with your skills and experience">
Requirements

- Experience in Health & Safety or compliance roles">
- Strong understanding of RAMS and their role in workplace safety">
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, including document control and tracker management">
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and geographies">
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint); experience with safety management systems is a plus">
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent (preferred but not essential)">
- Fluency in English">
