As a Product Promotions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in product merchandising and promotion across various retail outlets. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing strategies to enhance brand presence and visibility within targeted retail stores, ensuring optimal placement of products that align with sales objectives.
  • Implementing store-level planograms to ensure impactful displays, full stock levels, and alignment with marketing campaigns.
  • Developing strong working relationships with store managers and staff to influence stock decisions, secure prime shelf space, and optimize promotional execution.
  • Ensuring the effective execution of agreed marketing activities, point-of-sale materials, and promotional mechanisms.
  • Monitoring product availability, resolving stock issues, and collaborating with supply chain teams to minimize out-of-stock situations.
  • Providing regular feedback on sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends via digital tools and direct communication with management.
  • Following a structured work plan to maximize efficiency and ensure all target retailers are visited as scheduled.
