To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A medical degree (Physician, M.D., or equivalent) with commensurate pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience; Medical Affairs experience is required.
- A strong working knowledge of Medical Affairs and Clinical Development business in Europe, with a thorough understanding of the European healthcare environment.
- Oncology experience; and other disease areas are a plus.
- A strong background in drug development and life-cycle development of related products.
- Experience working in a matrix, cross-functional environment and in alliance relationships is very important and helpful.
- You should be able to cultivate and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with fluency in English.
