Essential Qualifications
  • Relevant social care qualification (minimum level 7) or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in a similar setting is advantageous.
  • At least 6 months' experience working in the social care sector, including placement experience.
  • A full clean driver's license is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of HIQA standards is crucial.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, nights, evenings, and weekends.
