Job Summary:

The Senior Construction Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including commercial, finance, and technical departments.
  • Ensure the flawless execution of internal fit-out works, including snagging and lock-up protocols.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree qualification in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in successfully delivering large-scale building projects.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience as a main contractor in the UK or Ireland.
