Warehouse Leadership Role

We seek a seasoned and proactive individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. This role will involve managing a small team, ensuring efficient stock handling and delivery management, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate across warehouse teams and with senior management
  • Lead, motivate, and support a small warehouse team to achieve high performance
  • Plan and coordinate daily workloads, delivery schedules, and truck loading/unloading
  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring timely handling of stock and preparation of storage areas
  • Address conflicts professionally and constructively
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations and stock control
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and delegation skills
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good understanding of health & safety and regulatory compliance
