Operational Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Excellence Specialist to lead and coordinate operational execution across tax-related processes. As part of this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement process improvements, focusing on automation and simplification of workflows to increase efficiency.
- Build and manage high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Collaborate with clients to deliver exceptional service and ensure adherence to SLAs.
- Oversee service delivery from external vendors, including performance tracking and issue resolution.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Target Operating Model (TOM) and support strategic projects and transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated expertise in operations or process management.
- Minimum 10 years experience in a related field.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with tax operations or financial reporting is an asset.
