Plumber Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Plumber to work on Social Housing maintenance projects across Belfast and Northern Ireland.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality services to domestic tenants, ensuring their properties are well-maintained and safe.
  • Maintain accurate records of additional work completed using our company's mobile data system.
  • Ensure compliance with materials/workmanship schedules, target dates, and relevant health and safety legislation.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contract administrators, and head office staff to deliver successful projects.
  • Take responsibility for own safety and the safety of others on site.
  • Coordinate and organize materials effectively.
  • Complete site-based documentation accurately and timely.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Hold a Level 3 NVQ in a relevant trade or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the Construction Industry.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry practices and Health and Safety legislation.
  • Hold a current and valid Full & Clean UK driving license.
  • Valid CSR Card.
  • Experience working within the Construction Industry and Social Housing sector.
Requirements:
  • Domestic plumbing skills.
