Full-Time/Part-Time Travel Executive

We are seeking skilled individuals to fill two full-time and part-time roles within our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for team players with great communication skills and a desire to help others.
The ideal candidate will have experience in travel retail or tour operating, either in Ireland or the UK, with a sales history of working with trade suppliers/business partners and at least 3 years' industry experience. They will be responsible for dealing with customer queries, communicating effectively with colleagues, and problem-solving with system and human errors.
- Experience in a sales role in leisure or corporate travel or both based in Ireland or the UK
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Basic level GDS knowledge is an advantage
- High standard of work and attention to detail
- Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work
- Dynamic and able to operate at a fast pace
- Excellent time-management skills, able to multitask, and thrive under pressure
