Senior Occupational Therapist

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital environment where you will be a valuable member of the multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions.
  • Collaborating with the MDT to deliver person-centred care.
  • Supporting junior staff and students through supervision and mentoring.
  • Contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records in line with hospital policies.
Requirements:
  • A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • CORU registration (essential).
  • A minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience, with at least 2 years in a relevant clinical area.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and team-working skills.
  • Experience in a hospital or acute care setting is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will assess, plan, and implement evidence-based interventions to support patients in achieving independence and improving quality of life.
