Visual Quality Assurance Specialist

The ideal candidate will be a skilled professional with expertise in visual inspection operations, responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met. This role involves working closely with a team to support manufacturing processes and develop procedures as needed.
Key responsibilities include participating in process validations, reviewing and approving protocols for completeness and accuracy, and executing projects in a timely manner to meet schedule requirements.
Additionally, the successful candidate will lead Process FMEAs for Visual Inspection, establish and maintain defect libraries, and trend Visual Inspection Defects. They will also provide technical input to guide the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Visual Inspection.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A relevant third-level qualification in an engineering, science, or technical discipline is required, preferably at Degree Level or Masters level.
- At least three years of total combined experience in Technical/Operations/Quality roles or equivalent in a Pharmaceutical and Health Care Organization.
- Previous experience in manufacturing processes of biotechnological drugs, parenteral drugs, solutions preparation, fill finish, Lyophilisation, sterilisation operations is desirable.
