Senior Software Engineering Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying large-scale software solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 7 years of experience with full stack development across back-end (Java, Python, Go, or C++ codebases) and front-end experience (JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent).
  • 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
  • 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects.
  • Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers.
  • Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines.
  • Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.

You will work closely with product managers and UX leaders to design and implement a roll-out user experience that is perceived as easy, simple, and well-integrated with the rest of the production platform. You will also be authoring engineering quality standards and expectations.
