We are looking for a talented Capital Markets Associate Solicitor to join our dynamic team in Dublin. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients to advise them on complex financial transactions, including debt capital markets, finance, private credit, fund finance, securitisation and structured finance.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in finance, structured finance or debt capital markets from a recognised practice or in-house. You should possess strong academic credentials, excellent analytical and technical skills, as well as a high level of commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Manage debt issuance programmes and private placements
  • Advise on derivatives and risk transfer arrangements
  • Oversee finance and fund finance operations
  • Assist with green finance and ESG products
  • Work on loan portfolio sales and private credit operations
  • Conduct secured and unsecured corporate debt issuance transactions
  • Manage securitisations including ABS, CMBS, CLOs, RMBS, synthetic securitisations
  • Handle securities law and regulatory considerations
  • Work on structured finance transactions
