Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage sales within the Munster region, focusing on construction and industrial fixing solutions.
2. Build strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and industry professionals in the region.
3. Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
4. Provide expert technical advice and product demonstrations to customers, highlighting the benefits of our fixing solutions.
5. Achieve and exceed sales targets by leveraging your negotiation skills and knowledge of the market.
6. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and reports to internal stakeholders and customers.
7. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, ensuring you remain competitive in the sales arena.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of service delivery.

Requirements:

1. Proven sales experience in the construction or industrial products sector, either field or office-based.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
3. Ability to travel within the Munster region, with a full clean driving license.

Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary of €35-45,000 per annum, plus commission, company vehicle, and associated package.
