Strategic Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to assist in the development and growth of premium market segments across Kitchen Retail Trade (KRT) accounts.
This role involves delivering on strategic sales plans and dedicated account management, with a focus on driving profitable growth in the short and long term.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing the national retail strategy for KRT accounts.
- Support the Sales Manager in developing and implementing the National Sales Plan (NSP).
- Provide regular updates on account portfolios to the Sales Manager - KRT.
- Understand assigned customer account businesses and environmental influences.
- Cultivate and manage existing account relationships to leverage growth opportunities.
- Actively pursue new customer opportunities.
- Ensure seamless representation of the brand's value proposition.
- Provide product training and support to drive sales.
- Monitor daily sales performance to maximize revenue and margin.
Requirements:
- Previous account management experience is beneficial.
- Experience and passion for the Kitchen Retail Trade or luxury Kitchen & Bathrooms is highly desirable.
- Positive attitude and flexible approach to change.
- Understanding architectural plans.
- Strong desire for self-development and willingness to learn new skills.
- Proven track record in increasing sales and margins within an account portfolio.
- Effective communicator with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
