Product Engineer Job Description

This role involves providing technical support to the production team to ensure a high-quality product. The Product Engineer will work closely with the Operations Team to ensure product compliance, quality, and process improvements. Responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide adequate work instructions via Routers and Operations Sheets.
  • Review ESM and RD documents to identify changes that affect company products.
  • Audit the repair process to ensure compliance with specified procedures.
  • Promote the application of best practices to deliver robust repair processes.
  • Establish and implement CTQ metrics to monitor process stability.
  • Lead investigations into process issues and implement corrective actions.


The ideal candidate will have a Degree in Materials or Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years of experience in an engineering role, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They should be able to communicate effectively and have a methodical approach to process stability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Engineering degree (Materials or Mechanical preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in an engineering role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Methodical approach to process stability.
