We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Retail Store Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational excellence of our store, ensuring that all processes and guidelines are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Store Excellence: Ensure adherence to store processes and guidelines.
  • Operational Store Analytics: Achieve company KPIs, manage cash & stock management audit, personnel costs, and sales performance.
  • Leadership: Empower your team's growth and engagement through supportive leadership, training, and a culture of trust and respect.
  • Merchandise and Inventory: Ensure impeccable product availability, planogram implementation, and accurate inventory management.
  • CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT: Drive customer engagement by leading by example and ensuring the entire team provides exemplary service.
Requirements:
  • Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager.
  • Proven track record in achieving KPIs.
  • Potent leadership skills and business acumen.
  • Strong customer service and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
